I saw a necklace that had the impression of a fingerprint when I was browsing the other night. I fell in love. A silver pendant with the fingerprint of your child. What could be more precious?
It got me to thinking. God made each one of us unique, no matter how many people are born or roam this earth, none of us have the same fingerprint.
And in that, I see God's fingerprint. No random bit of cells of burst of life made us or this planet we live on. We only have to look at our own fingertips to see the proof of our heavenly Father.
We are special. Just as the thought of my own children's fingerprints fills my heart, so does our fingerprint to God.
And while we may not leave an actual fingerprint in our families and friends lives, we do leave a fingerprint with our actions and our words.
Are you leaving a Godly fingerprint behind?

How to Make a Fingerprint Pendant | Melissa K. Norris
[…] After viewing this post on Sarah Ortega’s blog, I had to try this fingerprint pendant for myself. In fact, it inspired this post Seeing God’s Fingerprints In Your Life. […]

That pendant sounds beautiful.
I enjoyed both of your posts this morning (this one and the Charlie Brown one)

Thanks, Loree. I’ll be doing a tutorial here Wednesday to make the pendant. 🙂

Thanks, Martha. Even for two girls who’ve never met, we’ve both left fingerprints on each other. Amazing, huh?

I’m reading this before I head out to work this morning. Thank you for the uplifting words, and positive thoughts. I’ll continue to pray that the fingerprints I leave on the hearts of those whom I cross paths with will honor Jesus, and help me to be a “way preparer” for those who are still looking for God, or just struggling- just as someone has done for me.

Jessica, I’m so glad these words gave you a boost. Lifting one another up in Christ is a beautiful gift He gave us. 🙂
