Do you ever find your jaw clenched, mind filled with the over half dozen things you need to do in the next hour, and wish for a slower paced, simpler time?
As a mother, wife, housekeeper (to our home), pharmacy tech, author, blogger, newspaper columnist, and part time independent consultant, I've been there more times than I care to remember.
In my new ebook, 7 Days to Simple: Purify Your Life, I share tips that have worked to help me simplify my life. I haven't quit any of my jobs or stopped doing the things I need to. What I have done is find ways to bring simplicity to my life and most importantly, my soul.
I want to share those tips with you. Along with a few quick, healthy, completely homemade recipes. Here's a shot of my Thin Crust Tomato Basil Pizza. It only takes 20 minutes from the moment you measure out the dough until you're pulling it out of the oven.
How do you get this for yourself?

My best tip for lowering stress is not to sweat the small things. I use to get really upset if my toddler spilled juice etc. but now I smile and think to myself that things could be worse. He is healthy and a normal toddler. What else can I ask for? I look forward to staying connected. I am stopping by from the Better Mom link-up.

Lorneth, you are a wise momma. Often times when I start to let those little things upset me, I force myself to find something positive. We’re lucky our babies are able to hold and drop a cup, right? Thanks for visiting and sharing your smart advice.
