Shipping Policy:
Company ships orders to all locations within the United States and [Puerto Rico/Internationally]. Company ships to the U.S. using USPS only and ships on business days only. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed during a business day (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays) will be shipped within 5-7 business days, with the exception of unforeseen emergencies. Once an order has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that shipping delays will not be encountered.
Returns:
Except for any products designated on the Site as final sale or non-returnable, the Company will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition. You agree to make any requests for any available refunds or returns before or on any applicable deadline by email at the following address: [email protected] including the word “refund” or “return”, as applicable, in the subject line of your email. No returns of any type will be accepted without prior approval. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
