Custom handmade wooden bench knife developed to divide your bread, pastry, and cookie doughs, transfer dough from bowl to counter, shape beautiful round artisan loaves of bread, scrape up flour and dough from countertops, and transfer cut vegetables to pots and skillets. Each piece is unique due to the natural colors, grains, and patterns in the wood. This is an heirloom piece to treasure for years. Hand sanded to a satiny finish and treated with organic coconut oil and beeswax to protect the wood and let the natural patterns shine. Koa is a rich, dark, warm wood.
