What People Are Saying:
Most Empowering Experiences We Have Been a Part Of! We signed up for the Chicken Butchering Workshop after purchasing 60 meat birds. We had just moved to our homestead and this was our first batch of birds. We knew we were going to have to “process” the birds but we had ZERO experience and needed to learn proven methods fast. When we saw Melissa post about the workshop we jumped at the opportunity and were so thankful for the chance to learn the skill IN PERSON. The day of the workshop, Melissa & Clay were so friendly and thorough. We learned the process from start to finish. It was one of the most empowering experiences we have been a part of in our fourteen years of marriage. After the class, we processed all 60 of our meat birds and have been grateful for the nourishment that they provided our family (& others) over the past year. We're so thankful for Clay and Melissa's willingness to open their homestead and provide a valuable life lesson.
