There is nothing like hands-on experience, where you're working side-by-side with someone in-person. We're excited to offer a limited number of in-person learning workshops at Norris Farmstead in 2024! All of the workshops will be held at the Farmstead located in Rockport, WA (the exact address will be delivered in your confirmation email after purchase).
There are limited tickets to each workshop as they're designed so each attendee has space to ask questions and learn in a small intimate environment.
Beekeeping In-Person Workshop
In-person workshop April 27, 2024, at Norris Farmstead in Rockport, WA.
Limited to 30 registrants (only 18 remaining), this will be an intimate and hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to successfully keep bees in a backyard setting for your family, taught by master beekeeper Seth Smith. From knowing how many hives, where to place them, how to keep the bees alive with today's pests and pressures, safety for both you and the bees, to how to harvest honey!
This is an information loaded workshop where you'll leave knowing you will be able to raise bees successfully and be equipped with the resources to do so confidently, taught from years of experience from keeping thousands of hives. See full workshop description for more detailed information below.
