Recipe Tips and Troubleshooting:
Adjust the Sweetness - Everyone's taste preferences are different. Start with the suggested amount of sweetener and add more if needed.
Let It Infuse - If you are using fresh ginger, you will need to let it infuse. A few hours of chilling deliver the best flavor and aroma.
Peeling Fresh Ginger - If using fresh ginger, you will want to peel it before adding it to the water. To do this, slide the back of a spoon down the root gently until the peel is removed. Store unused, peeled ginger in the freezer for later use.
Taste Before Serving - The acidity of vinegars can vary. Taste and adjust the sweetener or water before serving.
