Homemade Pancake Mix

  • Ingredients per 16 oz./pint-size jar
  • cups flour
  • tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Cooking instructions

  • Ingredients
  • 1 jar of pancake mix
  • cup milk or cream or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted (or substitute coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract optional


  • Mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat and pour batter in, approximately 1/4 cup at a time to make your pancakes.
  • Brown on both sides and serve warm.


To make these more light and fluffy, use buttermilk!
