What I found out was I can now eat sour cream. I was never able to before, buying from the store. It upset my stomach terribly. I was missing it. I’m just beginning to learn how to ferment dairy. I wanted to try making yogurt and I was very unsure of myself but after watching Melissa’s class I successfully made my first yogurt.
