Meet Melissa.
I'm Melissa K. Norris; with my husband and two kids we farm 55 acres in the foothills of the North Cascade mountains of Washington state. We raise and preserve the majority of food and medicine for our family on our homestead.
While still working a full time job and running our homestead I can over 400+ jars of food every year. I needed to know the food I was putting up wouldn't make my family sick.
For over two decades, I've taught hundreds of thousands of students both online and in-person across the country at events like the Modern Homesteading Conference and Homesteaders of America how to safely can food at home.
