This spring, my family was hit with a late flu bug. The kind where you can’t keep anything down and your stomach cramps for days. In an effort to give my family relief, I started researching herbs and homemade tea remedies.
Our pioneer forefathers didn’t have modern medicine, they had to rely on what they could grow in their herb gardens. I love researching my latest novel and then getting to apply what I learn to make a better more nourished life for my family.
So when I saw this pin from last week’s party, I instantly knew it would be my favorite and featured pin. For the recipe and instructions for this medicinal tea, visit Nature Had It First, and for the pin.
Next up was this wonderful Raspberry Tea Bread from Allergy-Free Vintage Cookery. Can you tell I’ve got a tea thing going?
And our third pick from the pin party was Flax Blueberry Pancakes from Loving Our Guts.[BoilerPlate plate=”Pin it Party” search=”Replace”]
